The IRS has determined that the Sitsterolemia Foundation is an officially

recognized public charity non- profit organization under section 501(c)(3)

of the Internal Revenue Code. 

 

Contributions to the Sitosterolemia Foundation are tax deductible to the fullest extent of the law under section 170 of the Internal Revenue Code. The Sitosterolemia Foundation was incorporated as a public benefit corporation in the state of Alabama on July 17th, 2015. The IRS has authorized that all contributions given to the Sitosterolemia Foundation donated after that date are fully tax deductible. Thank you for your generous support!
